In order for a student to take a U of U Math class, they must first make sure they meet the U of U requirements of a certain ACT score or Accuplacer score.
You can check your ACT math subscore to see if you already qualify for the math class. If you qualify with your ACT score, you do not need to take the Accuplacer. If you do not currently qualify, you need to take the Accuplacer test. We will be offering the college level math Accuplacer test here at AMES, free of charge, thanks to the U of U, on Tuesday, May 19th and Thursday, May 21st after school in the computer lab. **If needed, we may also offer the test on the morning of Saturday, May 30th.

MATH 1210 - Calculus I
ACT MATH Score: 28+ Accuplacer: 90+ *Students must earn a C or better to progress to MATH 1220 |
